A main section in world is facing problem of poverty and unemployment. Rural people are the sufferers of this poverty and unemployment, in order to eliminate these, government also commence some employment and poverty alleviation programmes like MGNREGs. This paper discuss benefits of mgnrega and its implementation, through this study, we focus to identify the influence and role of mgnrega in rural development and growth, and also suggested for the better implementation of this scheme.
